The Imagicle Fax application offers a mobile solution tailored for Apple iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices, facilitating efficient and secure sending and receiving of faxes from any location. This tool proves particularly useful for professionals seeking a reliable way to manage faxes on the go, providing a seamless user experience.

Built to integrate with StoneFax, Imagicle's comprehensive IP Fax server, the app is compatible with leading IP PBX platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel, Aastra, and Siemens, as well as gateways from Audiocodes, Patton, and innovaphone. It supports deployment on both real and virtual servers running certified MS Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit environments. This broad compatibility ensures adaptability across various enterprise infrastructures.

Imagicle Fax extends the capabilities of StoneFax by adding a dedicated mobile application that simplifies fax management in modern workspaces. Features such as web access, fax2mail, mail2fax, print-to-fax, MFPrinters, and network scanners are now complemented by an intuitive app interface designed specifically for Apple devices. This integration streamlines workflows by providing quick access to fax functions from mobile devices anywhere and at any time.

The app allows users to log in securely to their company’s StoneFax server to send faxes, view incoming messages, and monitor outgoing items. Received faxes are accessible via an organized inbox where essential details—such as sender information, date and time—are displayed alongside the PDF document. Users also receive email notifications for new incoming faxes, ensuring timely updates regardless of location. Companies already utilizing StoneFax can deploy the app freely, enabling mobile fax management without additional costs.

<li>Real-time status updates such as queued, transmitting, sent, or failed within the outgoing faxes section</li>

<li>Compatibility across Wi-Fi and 3G networks for complete mobility control</li>

The application requires iOS devices such as iPhone 3GS and newer models (including iPhone 4/4S), iPod Touch 4th generation, iPad, and iPad2 with iOS 4.3 or later. An operational Imagicle StoneFax server version 2012.2 or newer is necessary to connect successfully. Connectivity may depend on network configurations; VPN access might be required depending on the setup.

A demonstration mode is available that connects directly to Imagicle’s EMEA data center hosting the StoneFax servers. It provides a simulated environment with sample received and sent faxes for testing purposes. The demo enables users to send loopback test faxes that appear in both sent and received folders without any need for additional server configurations or VPN connections.
