Imagicle Fax extends the capabilities of StoneFax by adding a dedicated mobile application that simplifies fax management in modern workspaces. Features such as web access, fax2mail, mail2fax, print-to-fax, MFPrinters, and network scanners are now complemented by an intuitive app interface designed specifically for Apple devices. This integration streamlines workflows by providing quick access to fax functions from mobile devices anywhere and at any time.

The app allows users to log in securely to their company’s StoneFax server to send faxes, view incoming messages, and monitor outgoing items. Received faxes are accessible via an organized inbox where essential details—such as sender information, date and time—are displayed alongside the PDF document. Users also receive email notifications for new incoming faxes, ensuring timely updates regardless of location. Companies already utilizing StoneFax can deploy the app freely, enabling mobile fax management without additional costs.
